Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves an active member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles as well as a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
