A body believed to belong to the local rapper WizDaWizard was discovered early in the early morning on Friday, March 29 in Hallandale Beach. At around 8:15, officers discovered the body of a dead man within the backyard at the front of the residence close to Northwest 6th Terrace/10th Street. Multiple social media posts claim that the deceased is rapper WizDaWizard. Hallandale Beach Police did not identify the victim neither have they disclosed details of what caused his death. But, the police department has noted an "unusual circumstance" in the investigation. "He is known in South Florida, however, because of the integrity of our investigation and the proper notification to family members, we're unable to divulge details at this time," said Captain Megan Jones of the Hallandale Beach Police Department. The neighbors said to NBC 6 no one has been living in the residence where the body was discovered for the last several months. The police are continuing to probe in the wake of the musician SpotemGottem, who was killed while driving down I-95 was shot.
